Enter your ARL tracking number in the tracking area. Live tracking results will appear after the public tracking interface is connected to the ARL API.
Can I request a cargo pickup?
Contact ARL with your origin, destination and package details. Pickup availability and charges must be confirmed before collection.
Can I book a passenger flight here?
Use Book Flight to submit an enquiry for commercial flights, private jet charter or group/event charter. Confirmed schedules, fares and ticket issuance require an authorised booking provider.
What are the delivery options?
Express targets within 12 hours, Standard within 48 hours and Premium Priority within 12 hours. Actual timing depends on route availability, cut-off times and operating conditions.
Is cargo insurance available?
Optional shipment protection may be requested through the Jaiz Takaful arrangement, subject to eligibility and applicable policy terms.
